Best Graphics Card Cooler

Is there a program that will find the best possible overclock for my graphics card for me?
I got a MSI 512MB 9600GT that I want to overclock. And, after getting bored of doing the whole, bump it up a little… see what happens, rinse and repeat thing I was wondering if there is any program that will just do the dirty work for me. have air cooling, so the OC room I have is small but I still want to get the most out of my card.
And is there a program that will do this for my CPU as well?
(Please no nTune!!!)
For automatic video card overclocking, I do know that ATiTool does do this. However, with the experiences I have had with my secondary PC, I wouldn’t exactly say it’s great.
However, I think my video card there behaves strangely with my overclocking anyways. Usually, I have to give my video card a “warm-up” before it accepts an overclock beyond a certain point. My main PC has never had that issue. So you may have a better experience than I did.
For automatic CPU overclocking, the only program that I know that does this is nTune. But I really haven’t had experience with that.
I really wouldn’t recommend letting a program pick the best overclock for you. Usually, it can cause problems by going beyond what your system can handle or it won’t give you the most you can get out of your system. It is ALWAYS best to manually overclock yourself!
I hope this helps!
