Can I change my Laptop graphics card?

Hi.

I have a Dell Studio 1458 laptop. Because of the really bad graphics card that came with the laptop, is It possible to change graphics cards?

Intel i3 @2.40 ghz
3gb ram
Ati Mobility Radeon HD 5450
Windows 7 Professional

Does anyone know if I can change the graphics card?

no but you can buy an external graphics card
