Morrowind Graphics Extender installation help?

I’ve downloaded the Morrowind Graphics Extender, but when I try and run it, it immediately says “MGEgui has stopped working.” I’ve tried running it as administrator as well, but that doesn’t work either.
Also I’m using Windows 7 if that has anything to do with it.

Morrowind was the shiz. But really, I have no idea ;(
