Web Design Agreement Terms
Can Any Body Provide Form of Model Agreement Between Us ( My Company) and a Web Designing Company?
Ours is a Real Estate Consultancy Company. I am a Non- I.T Person. We are a layman on the subject except Browising.We are getting a Website from a Web-Designing Company. Kindly provide us a Model Agreement Form for Concluding an Agreement between us. Kindly provide with all Terms and Conditions and Specifications to be incorporated in the Agreement.
Any agreement/contract between a company and a web design firm would include the following:
1.) Project Objectives and requirements
2.) Project team members who have clearly delineated responsibilities
3.) Project time frame
4.) A visual representation of proposed site architecture, known as a sitemap
5.) Intended use of the work
6.) Technical constraints and exclusions
7.) Art phases and nature of all deliverables
8.) Estimate of fees (if an estimate is provided)/anticipated expenses
9.) Terms of payment
10) Copyright
11.)Warranties
