Outsourcing Web Design / Development work in India?
Does anyone have experience in outsourcing web design work / Developing countries India and others? I've heard stories: good price cheap = | = lack of communication, etc. Any thoughts if I have or should not lead to t?
Outsourcing is a good idea when the market exchange can provide the same or greater value that produce the same internal resources or capacity. I would not do for communication purposes. What time is your office open? What kind of delay or deadline issues facing execution? Imagine asking a developer to create a web application, and get up to go to work and not as you imagined at all, not only will not be able to call and resolve this problem, but probably not receive your message until the job the next day and would not have the problem solved until two days later. Latency time can be to make their operations very inefficient. Furthermore, looking at the demographics of India, outsourcing financial unlikely in the future as living standards rise.
